辽宁北镇市新立遗址一号基址出土铜器的初步科学分析

摘要
为揭示辽代出土铜器的制作技术,使用光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪,研究了辽宁北镇市新立遗址一号基址出土 8件铜器的合金成分和金相组织.结果表明,4件样品为铜锌或铜锌锡合金,其中,3件铜锌合金样品为锻造成形,1件铜锌锡合金样品为铸造成形;3件样品为纯铜制品,均为热锻成形;1件低锡青铜样品为铸造成形.本研究为辽代铜器的制作技术及用铜制度的探讨提供了重要的科学信息.
Abstract
To reveal the manufacturing.techniques of unearthed copper artifacts from the Liao Dynasty,optical metallo-graphic microscope,scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS)were employed to in-vestigate the alloy composition and metallographic structure of eight copper artifacts unearthed from the No.1 building founda-tion of Xinli Site in Beizhen City,Liaoning Province.The results indicate that four samples were forged from copper-zinc(Cu-Zn)or copper-zinc-tin(Cu-Zn-Sn)alloys,among which three copper-zinc samples are forged,and one copper-zinc-tin alloy sample is cast.Three samples are pure copper products,all formed by hot forging,and one samples of low-tin bronze is cast.This provides important scientific information for the discussion on the manufacturing techniques and copper us-age system of the Liao Dynasty.
