In 2021,Heilongjiang Provincial Research Institute of Cultural Heritage and Archaeology,in collaboration with the Jixi City Cultural Relics Protection Center,and others,conducted a specialized survey of Bohai period remains in Jixi area.The survey object includes city sites,settlement sites two types of remains.Among them,the investigation of a total of 10 city sites,divided into categories of plains city and mountain city.The general dating of these sites is from the Bohai to the Liao and Jin periods.
