The official attire system of Jin Dynasty was developed by incorporating elements of Han Chinese clothing and reforming them according to practical needs.This system was initially implemented during the reign of Emperor Xizong and was gradually perfected during the reign of Emperor Shizong.In this system,the colors,materials,and patterns of court dress,cer-emonial dress,official uniform,and belt system for officials at various levels were clearly stipulated and hierarchically differen-tiated.The official attire system of the Jin Dynasty,characterized by strong ethnic features and profound influence from Central Plains culture,was not only a symbol of identity and status but also an important reflection of Jin Dynasty's social culture.
