基于主成分分析的金针菇单孢杂交后代菌株筛选评价

以2个金针菇品种的37个单孢杂交后代菌株为试材,采用描述性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等方法,对其3个酶活性指标(纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶)和5个农艺性状指标(菌盖直径、菌盖厚度、菌柄直径、菌柄长度、产量)进行了综合分析,以期筛选优异的金针菇种质资源.结果表明:各指标变异系数在20.93%~42.75%,其中变异系数最大的是产量指标,为42.75%.通过主成分分析和聚类分析,构建金针菇综合评价体系,筛选出12、32、33号3个单孢杂交后代菌株,未来可以作为优良种质资源加以利用.
Screening and Evaluation of Hybrid Progeny Strains of Flammulina velutipes Monospora Based on Principal Component Analysis
Thirty-seven monospora hybrid strains of two Flammulina velutipes varieties were used as experimental materials,the three enzyme activity indexes(cellulase,hemicellulase,laccase)and five agronomic traits indexes(cap diameter,cap thickness,stalk diameter,stalk length and yield)were comprehensive analyzed by descriptive analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis,in order to select excellent Flammulina velutipes germplasm resources.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of each index ranged from 20.93%to 42.75%,and the yield index had the largest coefficient of variation(42.75%).Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,a comprehensive evaluation system of Flammulina velutifolia was established,and three monospora hybrid strains No.12,No.32 and No.33 were selected,which could be used as excellent germplasm resources in the future.
