植物生长剂对高温胁迫后黑木耳菌丝生长的影响

以黑木耳品种'89-1'为试材,在40 ℃高温胁条件下,测定添加FA、NAA、6-BA、GA和IAA植物生长剂不同培养基的黑木耳菌丝长势和生长速度,研究了 5种植物生长剂对高温胁迫后黑木耳菌丝生长及显微结构的影响,以期为黑木耳品种选育和生产实践提供参考依据.结果表明:不同植物生长剂对黑木耳菌丝长势和生长速度均有一定的影响,其中添加了 GA的培养基,在25 ℃和40 ℃高温培养环境下,对黑木耳菌丝生长均有促进作用,当浓度配比为15×10-7 mg·mL-1时,对高温胁迫后的黑木耳菌丝修复效果最佳.
Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Mycelial Growth of Auricularia auriculata Under High Temperature Stress
Taking Auricularia auricularia'89-1'as the test material,the growth and growth rate of mycelium were measured by adding FA,NAA,6-BA,GA and IAA in different media under high temperature stress of 40 ℃.The effects of 5 kinds of plant growth regulators on mycelial growth and microscopic structure of Auricularia auricularia were studied,in order to provide reference for breeding and production practice of Auricularia auricularia varieties.The results showed that different plant growth regulators had certain effects on mycelial growth and growth rate.Among them,medium adding GA could promote the mycelial growth of Auricularia auricularia under culture environment of 25 ℃ and 40 ℃.When the concentration ratio of GA was 15 × 10-7 mg·mL-1,the repair effect of mycelium of Auricularia auricularia after high temperature stress was the best.
