富硒高硫苷青花菜高效栽培技术

青花菜是十字花科中硫苷含量高的蔬菜,被誉为抗癌蔬菜.近年来,硫苷的功能性作用越来越受到人们关注.然而硫苷作为一种重要的次生代谢产物,含量并不稳定,除受遗传因素影响外,栽培条件及外源矿物质等也对其含量有较大影响.该研究利用青花菜的富硫苷特性,通过外源施用适当浓度的硒肥,辅以配套温、光、水分管理技术,总结出一套富硒高硫苷青花菜的高效栽培技术,供有相关需求的种植者参考.
Efficient Cultivation Technique of Broccoli With High Selenium and Glucosinolate
Broccoli is a kind of vegetable with high content of glucosinolate in the cruciferous family,known as an anticancer vegetable.In recent years,the functional role of glucosinolate has received increasing attention.However,as an important secondary metabolites,the content of glucosinolates are not stable.It can be influenced by genetic factors,cultivation conditions and exogenous minerals which significant impact on its content.This study utilized the glucosinolate-enriched characteristics of broccoli,and applised the external selenium fertilizer with appropriate concentrations,supported by matching temperature,light,and water management techniques.A set of efficient cultivation techniques of broccoli with high selenium and glucosinolate,for reference by growers with relevant needs were summarized.
