Effects of Different Shading Conditions and Cultivation Substrates on Photosynthesis of Aspidistra
Aspidistra plants was used as the experimental material, the spectrophotometric method was used to explore the impact of different shading conditions and cultivation substrates on the photosynthetic processes of Aspidistra,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of Aspidistra plants. The results showed that the average values of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid content in the leaves of Aspidistra were 131.66,67.72,200.39,33.37 mg·g,respectively, under the condition of shading rate of 84%.Under the shading rate of 98%,the average values of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid content were 164.81,87.88,252.41,34.08 mg·g-1.Under the condition of a shading rate of 98%,when JZ1 and JZ4 were used as cultivation substrates, the total chlorophyll content in leaves of Aspidistra was the highest, which was 279.13 mg·g-1and 277.50 mg·g-1,respectively.When JZ3 and JZ5 were used, the carotenoid content was the highest, which was 38.54 mg·g-1 and 38.25 mg·g-1,respectively.
