园林植物细菌性叶斑病的研究进展

细菌性叶斑病导致园林植物受害严重,造成巨大的经济损失,是限制园林植物发展的重要原因.该研究分析了细菌性叶斑病的危害、叶斑病病原菌的种类、症状类型及其防治方法,详细介绍了引起细菌性叶斑病的病原菌,主要有丁香假单胞菌、野油菜黄单胞菌、绿黄假单胞菌,并从农业防治、化学防治、生物防治、噬菌体防治等方面综述了现阶段我国植物细菌性叶斑病病害的防治措施,总结了噬菌体防治的优势以及提高噬菌体防治效果的方法,以期为有效防治细菌性叶斑病提供参考依据.
Research Progress of Bacterial Leaf Spot in Garden Plants
Bacterial leaf spot have caused serious damage and huge economic losses in garden plants,which is an important reason limiting the development of garden plants.This study analyzed the harms of bacterial leaf spot disease,the types of pathogenic bacteria,symptoms and prevention methods.The pathogens causing bacterial leaf spot were introduced in detail,including Pseudomonas syringa,Xanthomonas campestris,and Pseudomonas viridiflava.The current control measures for plants bacterial leaf spot in China were summarized from the aspects of agricultural control,chemical control,biological control,and phage control.Moreover,the present study summarized the advantages of phage control and the method to ameliorate the control effect of phage in plants.All of these provided reference for effective control of bacterial leaf spot.
