"双碳"目标下房山区食用菌产业发展思路与实践

食用菌生产是生物碳循环的重要载体,变农林"废碳"为蛋白食品,但是在栽培过程中也需要消耗能源,增加碳排放,在"双碳"目标视角下,介绍了房山区食用菌产业模式和规模,阐述了食用菌生产过程碳循环和排放规律,分析了食用菌产业对"双碳"目标实现的影响,计算了平菇、香菇、鹿茸菇等种类的单位产量灭菌过程消耗能源量和碳排放量,提出了房山区食用菌发展变革思路,并对近年来节能减排的探索实践和取得的成效进行了介绍,为不同地区食用菌产业在"双碳"目标下的发展提供参考依据.
Development Ideas and Practice of Edible Fungi Industry in Fangshan District Under the Goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality
Edible fungi production is an important carrier of biological carbon cycle,transforming agricultural and forestry'waste carbon'into protein food,but it also needs to consume energy and increase carbon emission in the cultivation process.Under the Target of'double-carbon',introduced the mode and scale of the edible fungi industry in Fangshan district,expounded the carbon cycle and emission rules of the edible fungi production process,analyzed the impact of the edible fungi industry on the realization of the'double-carbon'goal.calculated the energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit production of oyster mushroom,shiitake mushroom and lyophyllum decastes,put forward the development and reform ideas of edible fungi in Fangshan district,introduced the exploration practice and achievements of energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years,providing reference for the development of edible fungi industry in different regions under the the Target of'double-carbon'.
