Quantitative Genetic Analysis of Flowering Time in Brassica napus
The quantitative genetic analysis of flowering time of Brassica napus was carried out in Xining and Yuanmo by using R software package SEA to study the genetic rule of flowering time of Brassica napus under the conditions of early flowering parent 3379 and late flowering parent 750 and their derived F5∶6 recombinant inbred lines,in order to provide reference for early maturation breeding. The results showed that the additive effect of controlling flowering time 4 on the main genes was negative, the additive epistatic effect was obvious, and the dominant inheritance controlling flowering time was weak, and the final polygenic inheritance was 91.26%and 91.91%in the two environments. Therefore, the accumulation of more precocious gene loci in existing varieties could be considered in the future precocious breeding.
