甘蓝型油菜开花时间的数量遗传分析

以甘蓝型油菜早花亲本3379、晚花亲本750及其衍生的F5∶6重组自交系群体为试材,利用R软件包SEA对西宁和元谋2个环境下的开花时间进行数量遗传分析,研究了甘蓝型油菜开花时间的遗传规律,以期为早熟育种提供参考依据.结果表明:控制甘蓝型油菜开花时间4对主基因加性效应均为负向效应,加性上位性作用明显,主导控制开花时间的遗传,累加在一起时主基因表现较弱,最终表现为多基因遗传,2个环境下的多基因遗传率为91.26%和91.91%.因此,在今后的早熟育种中可以考虑在现有品种中积累更多的早熟基因位点.
Quantitative Genetic Analysis of Flowering Time in Brassica napus
The quantitative genetic analysis of flowering time of Brassica napus was carried out in Xining and Yuanmo by using R software package SEA to study the genetic rule of flowering time of Brassica napus under the conditions of early flowering parent 3379 and late flowering parent 750 and their derived F5∶6 recombinant inbred lines,in order to provide reference for early maturation breeding.The results showed that the additive effect of controlling flowering time 4 on the main genes was negative,the additive epistatic effect was obvious,and the dominant inheritance controlling flowering time was weak,and the final polygenic inheritance was 91.26%and 91.91%in the two environments.Therefore,the accumulation of more precocious gene loci in existing varieties could be considered in the future precocious breeding.
