'紫叶'狼尾草高效繁育方法研究

以'紫叶'狼尾草(Pennisetum setaceum'Rubrum')为试材,采用分株繁殖和扦插繁殖的方法,研究了分株方式及不同扦插部位和吲哚乙酸(IBA)浓度处理对幼苗生长状况及增殖效率的影响,以期筛选出'紫叶'狼尾草最佳繁育条件,为其高效繁育提供参考依据.结果表明:'紫叶'狼尾草扦插的繁殖效率显著高于分株繁殖.'紫叶'狼尾草茎秆不同部位扦插产生幼苗的生长优劣程度依次为下部芽苞>中部芽苞>上部芽苞;以0.3%IBA处理芽孢时幼苗生长状况最佳,以0.3%浓度处理下部芽孢时增殖系数最高.
Research on Efficient Breeding Methods of Pennisetum setaceum'Rubrum'
Pennisetum setaceum'Rubrum'was used as experimental material.The effects of ramet method,different cutting positions and indoleacetic acid(1BA)concentrations on seedling growth and multiplication efficiency were studied by ramification and cuttings,in order to select the optimal breeding conditions for the Pennisetum setaceum'Rubrum'and provide reference for its efficient propagation.The results showed that propagation through cuttings was the most efficient method for Pennisetum setaceum'Rubrum'.The quality of seedling growth produced from different parts of Pennisetum setaceum'Rubrum'stem cuttings was in the following order,lower buds>central buds>upper buds.The best growth status of seedlings was observed when treated with 0.3%IBA,and the highest multiplication coefficient was achieved when the lower buds were treated with a 0.3%concentration of IBA.
