Isolation and Identification of a Pathogen of Cinnamon Anthracnose and Screening of Biocontrol Bacteria
Guangxi Fangchenggang diseased cinnamon leaves in cultivation were used as experimental materials. The taxonomic status of cinnamon anthracnose pathogen and the screening of its antagonistic strains were investigated by using the endophytic fungi isolation and purification technology method, morphological observation,ITS sequencing and plate confrontation,in order to provide reference for the development of biocontrol fungi against cinnamon anthracnose. The results showed that 6 strains(B1-B6)of fungi were isolated from cinnamon diseased leaves in Fangchenggang,Guangxi, and B6 was clearly pathogenic. The strain was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides by morphology and molecular biology. The results of the tablet confrontation showed that RG256 had the best antagonistic effect, with an inhibition rate of 77.05%±5.06%,and was identified as Gliocladiopsis sp..In summary,it had been clarified that the pathogenic fungus of cinnamon anthracnose in Fangchenggang,Guangxi was Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, and biocontrol strains with antagonistic effects against the pathogenic fungi of cinnamon anthracnose had been screened, providing reference for the green control of cinnamon anthracnose.
