Screening of High-yield Laccase Strains in Mixed Culture of LYL263 From Ganoderma lucidum
Taking laccase-producing LYL263 from Ganoderma lucidum as test material, the enzyme production effect and conditions of LYL263 with Flammulina velutipes,Pleutotus ostreatus and Pleurotus pulmonarius were studied by the mixed culture method of different microorganisms,in order to screen out compatible strains and adaptive conditions that could improve the laccase-producing capacity of LYL263.The results showed that laccase activity reached 1 346.4 U·mL-1 after mixed culture of LYL263 and its compatible strain,Pleutotus ostreatus, which was 35.7%higher than that of LYL263 cultured alone. When the inoculation ratio of LYL263 and Pleutotus ostreatus was 4∶2,the enzyme production was the highest. The optimal inoculation time was to add LYL263 and Pleutotus ostreatus at the same time.
