Cultivation and Management Techniques of Lonicera×tellmanniana in Xi'an Area
Lonicera×tellmanniana is a hybrid variety of the Lonicera genus known for its exceptional ornamental attributes.This woody climber boasts rapid growth,lush foliage,vibrant flower hues,an extended flowering period,and an ability to thrive in colder climates,making it well-suited for cultivation in northern regions of China.Having been cultivated worldwide for over a century, particularly in courtyards across Europe and America,it holds significant ornamental value.This study provided a concise overview of the morphological characteristics,ecological traits,propagation techniques,and cultivation management practices relevant to L.×tellmanniana.The insights presented herein serve as a valuable reference for the cultivation and horticultural application of this species in the Xi'an area.
