十八个韭菜品种种子萌发期耐盐性鉴定与评价

以18个推广应用的韭菜品种为试材,设置6个NaCl浓度(0、60、120、180、240、300mmol·L-1)盐胁迫处理,以发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、芽长为评价指标,采用隶属函数分析法对韭菜品种种子萌发期耐盐进行了综合评价,以期为鉴定不同韭菜品种种子萌发期的耐盐性、筛选耐盐性强的韭菜品种提供参考依据.结果表明:韭菜种子萌发期耐盐性鉴定的最适NaCl浓度为120 mmol·L-1.隶属函数聚类分析将18个韭菜品种的耐盐性分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类群只有'久星16号',耐盐性最强;第Ⅱ类群有'791''绿宝''航研998''平丰1号''平韭4号''棚宝''韭宝''久星20号''平韭2号''久星18号''平丰2号''平园春冠',耐盐性中等;第Ⅲ类群有'平丰6号''平丰7号''冬韭王''平丰8号''平丰22号',耐盐性较弱.
Salt Tolerance Identification and Evaluation During Seed Germination Stage of 18 Chinese Chive Varieties
Taking 18 commonly cultivated varietes of Chinese chives as the test materials,6 NaCl concentrations(0,60,120,180,240,and 300 mmol·L-1)were set up for salt stress treatment.Germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root length,and bud length were used as evaluation indicators.The membership function analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of Chinese chive varieties during seed germination,in order to provide reference for identifying the salt tolerance of different Chinese chive varieties during seed germination and screening for Chinese chive varieties with strong salt tolerance.The results showed that the optimal NaCl concentration for identifying salt tolerance during the germination period of Chinese chive was 120 mmol·L-1.Based on membership function clustering analysis,the salt tolerance of 18 Chinese chive varieties was categorized into three groups,the Ⅰ group,with the highest salt tolerance,consisted solely of'Jiuxing 16'.The Ⅱ group,exhibiting moderate salt tolerance,includes'791''Lyubao''Hangyan 998''Pingfeng 1''Pingjiu 4''Pengbao''Jiubao''Jiuxing 20''Pingjiu 2''Jiuxing 18''Pingfeng 2''Pingyuan Chunguan'.The Ⅲ group,displaying weak salt tolerance,comprised'Pingfeng 6''Pingfeng 7''Dongjiuwang''Pingfeng 8''Pingfeng 22'.
