'红颜'草莓无糖组培生根技术研究及移栽基质筛选

以'红颜'草莓为试材,采用无糖组织培养方法,研究了'红颜'草莓无糖组培生根技术,以期为草莓生产实践提供参考依据.结果表明:无糖组培最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.4 mg·L-1IBA;传统组培最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg·L-1IBA;培养条件以纯蛭石为基质,光照时长为12 h,CO2通气时间在3 d时,草莓无糖组培幼苗生长最为健壮;在基质为草炭土∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶1配比下,草莓无糖组培苗移栽成活率达 100%.
Research on Rooting Technology of'Benihoppe'Strawberry Sugar-free Tissue Culture and Screening of Transplanting Substrate
Taking'Benihoppe'strawberry as the test material,the rooting technology of'Benihoppe'strawberry sugar-free tissue culture was studied by using the method of sugar-free tissue culture,in order to provide reference for strawberry production practice.The results showed that the best rooting medium for sugar-free tissue culture was 1/2MS+0.4 mg·L-1 IBA,the best rooting medium for traditional tissue culture was 1/2MS+0.5 mg·L-1 IB A,the strawberry sugar-free tissue culture seedlings grew most robustly when the substrate was pure vermiculite as the substrate,the light duration was 12 hours,and the CO2 ventilation time was 3 days,and the survival rate of strawberry sugar-free tissue culture seedlings was 100%under the ratio of peat-soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=3∶1∶1.
