Comparison and Factor Analysis of Stem and Branch Quantitative Traits Among Varieties of Spray Cut Chrysanthemum
The quantitative traits of 11 stems and branches of 20 spray cut chrysanthemum varieties were collected, their correlation and difference among varieties were studied by statistical analysis, and varieties were evaluated by standardized factor analysis,in order to provide reference for variety selection of spray cut chrysanthemum. The results showed that, the variation coefficients of 11 quantitative traits were between 8.93%and 26.83%.The differences in stem and branch traits among varieties were mainly reflected in plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, bud size and number during cultivation, and inflorescence total length, internode length and cutting stem diameter during harvesting.11 quantitative traits were significantly correlated with each other.A total of three factors were extracted by factor analysis method and named as Fl length,F2 quantity and F3 thickness according to corresponding indexes, with variance interpretation rates of 30.51%,29.58%and 19.41%,respectively.The indexes with higher weight were open flower number and cutting stem diameter, with the weight values of 10.46%and 10.32%respectively.According to the evaluation results, the comprehensive evaluation grades of'Aizhibin''Ningmengjiu''Ruili'and'Aizhihuang'were good.
