Analysis of Mineral Elements and Quality Indicators of Late-maturing Peaches in Mengyin
Seven varieties of late-maturing peaches in Mengyin area were used as experimental materials,including'Yingshuanghong''Qingzhoumi''Jinqiuhongmi''Shijitaowang''Huangjincui''Qinglang'and'Ruipanl01'.A variety of methods, including multiple basic quality determinations, correlation analysis and principal component analysis, were employed to investigate the quality and mineral element characteristics of different late-maturing peach varieties, with the aim of screening out those with superior comprehensive quality. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of different mineral elements among different varieties, among which the coefficients of variation of Na and Cr elements were the highest, which were 157.16%and 121.03%,respectively.The quality indexes of fruit were correlated with the contents of mineral elements. The single fruit weight was extremely significantly positively correlated with the transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter and Na element content, the sugar content was extremely significantly positively correlated with V element content, and significantly positively correlated with Al and Co element content, the moisture content was extremely significantly positively correlated with Sn element content, and extremely significantly negatively correlated with Be element content. The 28 indexes were synthesized into 5 principal component factors by principal component analysis.Be,Cr,Fe,Co,Ni,V elements and fruit shape index contributed the most to the first principal component, and P,S,K contributed the most to the second principal component.Elements such as Be and Cr have a significant impact on the quality of peaches. After comprehensive evaluation, the score ranking of seven varieties is'Ruipan 101'>'Qinglang'>'Shijitaowang'>'Jinqiuhongmi'>'Qingzhoumi'>'Huangjincui'>'Yingshuanghong'.This study provides a reference for the promotion of late-maturing peach varieties.
