Effects of Microbial Fertilizer on Growth,Quality and Yield of Chuandanshen Under Continuous Cropping Obstacles
Taking Chuandanshen as the test material,a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of microbial fertilizer on its growth, quality, and yield in one year and two years of continuous cropping obstacles,in order to provide reference for the improvement of Chuandanshen's yield and quality. The results showed that the biomass of Chuandanshen in one and two years of continuous cropping obstacle was higher than CK after the application of microbial fertilizer,in which the shoot fresh weight, the root fresh weight, the shoot dry weight, and root dry weight increased by 58.3%,78.1%,77.1%and 118.5%at most, respectively. At the same time, the activities of antioxidant enzymes and MDA content were lower than CK,and the content of soluble sugars and soluble proteins were higher than CK,in which the activities of SOD,CAT,PPO and MDA content were at most 53.5%,26.0%,76.5%and 66.8%lower than CK,and soluble sugars and soluble proteins were 27.8%and 47.8%higher than CK,respectively;in addition, the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was at most 117.1%higher than CK,but the change of tanshinolic acid B content was not obvious.Correlation analysis showed that the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was extremely significantly positively correlated with shoot dry weight and root dry weight.
