Research Progress on the Effects of Heavy Metal Pollution on the Growth and Quality of Lycium barbarum
In recent years with the rapid development of industry, industrial waste discharge, sewage irrigation and other resulting heavy metal pollution of the soil,so that the growth and development of crops and the quality of the impact has become a bottleneck in the cleaner production of agriculture.Lycium barbarum because it can enhance human immunity,anti-aging and other effects is a kind of medicine and food nutritional health care products and Chinese herbal medicine, its quality and safety issues doubly people's attention.Domestic research is mostly focused on wolfberry yield and quality cultivation and regulation, about heavy metal pollution on wolfberry impact research is not much.Heavy metals in the soil will be transferred to Lycium barbarum through the absorption of the root system and change the growth, development and quality of Lycium barbarum by affecting the physiological function of Lycium barbarum. However, current research lacks systematic study on the mechanism of heavy metals affecting the growth and development of Lycium barbarum. In this study,on the basis of reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,we systematically summarized the physiological and biochemical effects of heavy metals on the growth process of Lycium barbarum, and made clear the physiological mechanism of the effects of heavy metals on the growth and development of Lycium barbarum and its quality,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of Lycium barbarum in a clean way.
