Phenotypic Diversity Analysis of Lonicera tatarica L.in Yili Wild Fruit Forest
The 87 Lonicera tatarica L.germplasms distributed in 13 natural populations in Yili wild fruit forest were used as experimental materials. The 16 phenotypic traits of branches, leaves, flowers and fruits of Lonicera tatarica L.were analyzed by nested analysis of variance, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The diversity and genetic variation sources of phenotypic traits of Lonicera tatarica L.germplasm resources were studied,in order to provide reference for the protection, application and diversified development of the existing Lonicera tatarica L.resources in Xinjiang. The results showed that the average phenotypic variation coefficient of 87 Lonicera tatarica L.germplasm resources was 29.00%,and the Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 1.06 to 1.89,all of which had a large degree of dispersion. The phenotypic differentiation coefficient was 16.85%-70.68%,and the phenotypic variation of Lonicera tatarica L.in Yili wild fruit forest mainly came from the population.Principal component analysis extracted five principal components with eigenvalues greater than 1,and the cumulative contribution rate of these five principal components reached 56.98%.The main factors affecting the phenotypic traits of Lonicera tatarica L.were leaf traits, followed by branch, some traits of fruits, and the flower phenotype has little effect. The clustering results of each population of Lonicera tatarica L.were basically similar to the geographical location, and the Utubulak of Gongliu population was more special. In summary,as an important companion species of Yili wild fruit forest,Lonicera tatarica L.had strong adaptability to the natural environment and rich diversity.
