Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Fruit Abscission and Quality of'Hutai No.8'Grape
Taking 9-year-old'Hutai No.8'grape as the test material, grape clusters were treated with different concentrations of nordihydroguaiaretic acid(NDGA),6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)and 2,4-epibrassinolide(BR).The effects of different plant growth regulators on fruit drop rate, appearance quality and internal quality of grape were studied,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and popularization of'Hutai No.8'grape in Xinjiang. The results showed that all treatments inhibited fruit abscission, among which 1.5 mg·L-1 BR had the lowest fruit drop rate of 78.61%.In terms of fruit quality,NDGA treatment reduced the sugar content of the fruit and increased the total acid content of the fruit, resulting in a decrease in fruit quality;both BR and 6-BA treatments improved fruit quality.Among them,1.5 mg·L-1 BR treatment had the best fruit enlargement effect, and the total sugar content of the fruit was the highest and the total acid content was the lowest. The content of phenols in the peel treated with 1.0 mg·L-1 BR was the highest. In summary, through the results of principal component analysis, the fruit drop rate of'Hutai No.8'treated with 1.5 mg·L-1 BR was the lowest and the fruit quality was the best.
