不同有机肥对桑干河流域酿酒葡萄产量及品质的影响

以"霞多丽"葡萄为试材,采用田间随机区组设计,共设置5种不同有机肥处理(D-1,施德国泽尔曼有机肥1.8 t·hm-2;D-2,施德国泽尔曼有机肥5.4 t·hm-2;D-3,施德国泽尔曼有机肥18.0 t·hm-2;SA,施用三安生物有机肥;YF,施腐熟羊粪有机肥),通过测定成熟期果实产量及相关品质指标,利用主成分分析结合隶属函数综合评价方法,以期为桑干河流域葡萄产业技术升级提供参考依据.结果表明:以5.4 t·hm-2施用德国泽尔曼有机肥的"霞多丽"葡萄果实综合品质最佳,株产量达1.50 kg,总酚、总类黄酮、总黄烷-3-醇和总单宁含量分别为18.23、8.73、7.74、8.15 mg·g-1,同时具有高糖高酸的特点,还原糖含量和可滴定酸分别达243.73 g·L-1和5.11 g·L-1,有利于优质葡萄酒的酿造,因此建议在桑干河流域酿酒葡萄栽培管理中推广使用.
Effects of Different Organic Fertilizers on Wine Grape Yield and Quality in Sanggan River Basin
'Chardonnay'grapes were used as the test material,and five different organic fertilizer treatments were set up in a field randomized block design(D-l,applying German BioElite fertilizer 1.8 t·hm-2;D-2,applying German BioElite fertilizer 5.4 t·hm-2;D-3,applying German BioElite fertilizer 18.0 t·hm-2;SA,applying Sanan bio-organic fertilizer;YF,applying rotted goat feces organic fertilizer).By measuring fruit yield and related quality indexes at maturity stage,using principal component analysis and membership function comprehensive evaluation method,in order to provide reference for the upgrading of grape industry technology in Sanggan River basin.The results showed that the overall fruit quality of'Chardonnay'grapes applied with German BioElite fertilizer at 5.4 t·hm-2 was the best,with the yield of 1.50 kg.The contents of total phenols,total flavonoids,total flavan-3-ols and total tannins were 18.23,8.73,7.74,8.15 mg·g-1,respectively.At the same time,it had the characteristics of high sugar and high acid,the reducing sugar content and titrable acidity were 243.73 g·L-1 and 5.11 g·L-1 respectively,which was conducive to the production of high-quality wine,so it was recommended to promote the use in the wine viticulture management in the Sanggan River basin.
