Soil Fungal Diversity in Different Age Walnut Orchards in Southern Xinjiang
Taking the soil of different walnut orchards in southern Xinjiang as the test material,Illumina Mieq high-throughput sequencing method was used to study the fungal diversity in soil of different ages,in order to provide reference for the development and application of bio-fertilizers and biocontrol agents. The results showed that there were significant differences in soil fungal community structure among different tree ages, but the dominant groups of soil fungi in different tree ages were Ascomycota,Basidiomycota and Zygomycota. With the increase of years, the richness of soil fungi first increased and then decreased, while the diversity increased with the increase of years. At the level of phyla, class, order, family, and genus classification, the soil fungi that had been increasing in abundance were Ascomycota,Saccharomycetes,Eurotiomycetes,Saccharomycetales, and Psathyrellaceae,Kodamaea,Coprinellus. The diversity of soil fungal community in walnut orchard of different ages and the changes of soil fungal community structure in walnut orchard of different ages were clarified, which laid a foundation for the development and utilization of soil fungal resources and further research on the relationship between soil fungal diversity and fruit tree nutrition level.
