Transcriptome Analysis of Hypsizygus marmoreus of Post Harvest Storage Process and Exploration of Browning Genes
Taking the fruit body of Hypsizygus marmoreus as the test meterial, the transcriptome changes of post harvest Hypsizygus marmoreus fruiting bodies during storage were studied by using high-throughput sequencing technology,in order to provide reference for revealing post harvest quality changes and inhibiting fruiting body browning. The results showed that 3 659 differentially expressed genes were obtained on the 10th day compared to the 0th day, included 1 707 upregulated genes and 1 952 downregulated genes under storage conditions of 4 ℃.Moreover,on the 10th day after 1-MCP treatment, compared to the 0th day,4 142 differentially expressed genes were obtained, included 2 122 upregulated genes and 2 020 downregulated genes.Three differentially expressed laccase genes and one differentially expressed peroxidase gene were screened, namely LAC1,LAC2,LAC4,and POD2.These genes might be closely related to the occurrence of browning in fruiting bodies.
