摘要
以"洛阳番茄16号"为试材,采用田间试验方法,研究了叶面喷施蚯蚓营养液对番茄生长、产量和果实品质的影响,以期为蚯蚓营养液在番茄生产上的应用提供参考依据.结果表明:与CK相比,在番茄整个生育期叶面喷施蚯蚓营养液可以增加番茄株高、茎粗、株幅、茎叶鲜质量、根鲜质量、茎叶干质量、根干质量,并提高了番茄产量4.8%~17.0%、可溶性糖含量1.4%~24.8%、可溶性固形物含量3.9%~11.5%、可溶性蛋白质含量9.7%~90.3%和维生素C含量10.2%~39.4%,均在S5处理值达到最高,并降低可滴定酸含量8.8%~39.5%,在S5处理值达到最低;相关分析表明,番茄株高、茎粗、株幅、茎叶鲜质量、茎叶干质量、根干质量与可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C含量和产量间均呈显著或极显著正相关,与可滴定酸含量均呈显著或极显著负相关.叶面喷施蚯蚓营养液稀释倍数为300时,能更好地促进番茄生长、增加产量并改善果实品质,从而实现番茄种植高产高效.
Abstract
Taking'Luoyang Tomato No.16'as the test material,field experiments were conducted to study the effects of foliar spraying of earthworm nutrient solution on tomato growth,yield,and fruit quality,in order to provide reference for the application of earthworm nutrient solution in tomato production.The results showed that compared with CK,foliar spraying of earthworm nutrient solution during the entire growth period of tomatoes could increase tomato plant height,stem diameter,plant width,stem and leaf fresh weight,root fresh weight,stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight,and increase tomato yield by 4.8%-17.0%,soluble sugar content by 1.4%-24.8%,soluble solids content by 7.9%-11.5%,soluble protein content by 9.7%-90.3%,and vitamin C content by 10.2%-39.4%,all of which reached the highest value in S5 treatment,and reduced titratable acid content by 8.8%-39.5%,reached the lowest value in S5 treatment;correlation analysis showed that tomato plant height,stem diameter,plant width,fresh stem and leaf weight,stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight were significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with tomato soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,vitamin C content,and tomato yield,significantly or extremely significantly negatively correlated with titratable acid content.When the dilution ratio of earthworm nutrient solution sprayed on the leaves was 300,it could better promote tomato growth,increased yield,and improved fruit quality,thereby achieved high yield and efficiency in tomato cultivation.
