Relationship Among Leaf Canopy Micro Environment,Fruit Black Spot and Quality of Ziziphus jujuba cv.Lingwuchangzao During Maturity
The Ziziphus jujuba cv.Lingwuchangzao were used as experimental materials. The canopy was divided into the upper, outer middle, and inner middle by the small grid method. The environmental factors, fruit black spot rate, fruit color, and quality related indicators of different parts of the mature canopy during maturity were studied. The correlation analysis among leaf canopy micro environment, fruit black spot rate and quality was conducted, and the fruit black spot and quality in different canopy positions and its relationship with environmental factors were explored,in order to provide reference for the regulation and management of leaf canopy microenvironment. The results showed that during the fruit ripening period, temperature and humidity were no significant difference in different canopy positions. There were significant differences in light intensity and photosynthetic effective radiation among different canopy positions, and the light intensity and photosynthetic effective radiation in the upper and outer middle canopy were significantly higher than those inside middle canopy. The incidence of fruit black spots increased with fruit growth and development. The incidence of black spots in the upper canopy reaches 53.35%at September 24th,while the incidence of black spots in the inner middle was significantly lower than other parts.Compared with fruits in the inner middle canopy, the fruits of upper and outer middle had a higher overall redness, lower brightness and yellowing. The soluble solids content, soluble sugars content, and sugar acid ratio of the fruits were relatively high. The comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality by principal component analysis showed that the upper>outer middle>inner middle. The correlation analysis showed that temperature and humidity had no significant impact on fruit black spots and quality indicators.Light intensity and photosynthetic effective radiation were highly significantly positively correlated with the black spots occurrence rate,a*/b*,longitudinal and transverse diameters, soluble solids content and soluble sugars content. In summary, the different light environments in the canopy were the main factors, which were affecting the fruit black spots occurrence and quality formation in maturity.
