生境对龙胆品质及根际土壤性质的影响

以4个地区的不同年限和不同采收期的龙胆及其根际土壤样品为试材,采用方差分析、Pearson相关分析、主成分分析和典型性相关分析方法,研究了不同生长环境对龙胆品质因子、土壤因子及防御酶活性的影响,以期为药用植物龙胆的种植、合理施肥、品质提升提供参考依据.结果表明:龙胆适宜产区为辽宁省抚顺市清原县,最佳种植年限为3年,最佳采收期为9月.龙胆喜好偏酸性土壤.此外,吉林地区土壤含氮磷量充足,辽宁地区根系土壤防御酶活性较高,三年生龙胆防御酶活性更高.
Effects of Habitat on Quality of Gentiana scabra Bge.and Rhizosphere Soil Properties
Taking Gentiana scabra Bge.samples and their rhizosphere soil,collected from different growth years and harvest periods in four regions,as the test materials,variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and canonical correlation analysis methods were used to study the effects of different growth environments on the quality factors of Gentiana scabra Bge.,soil factors,and defense enzyme activity,in order to provide reference for the cultivation,rational fertilization and quality improvement of Gentiana scabra Bge..The results showed that the suitable production area for Gentiana scabra Bge was Qingyuan county,Fushun city,Liaoning Province,with an optimal planting duration of three years and the best harvest period being September.Gentiana scabra Bge.prefers slightly acidic soil.Additionally,the soil in Jilin region contained sufficient nitrogen and phosphorus,while the root-zone soil in Liaoning region had higher defense enzyme activity.The defense enzyme activity in three-year-old Gentiana scabra Bge.was also higher.
