十二份西瓜种质资源耐盐性鉴定

以12个西瓜种质资源为试材,采用盆栽300 mmol·L-1NaCl灌根进行胁迫处理的方法,研究盐胁迫9 d后对西瓜幼苗生理指标的影响,以期为筛选耐盐性较强的西瓜种质提供参考依据.结果表明:盐胁迫后西瓜幼苗的丙二醛含量(MDA)、脯氨酸含量(Pro)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性普遍增加;不同材料对盐胁迫的耐受能力存在差异,发生盐害的程度各不相同.通过盐害指数结合隶属函数法综合评价西瓜苗期的耐盐性,将12份西瓜种质划分为3类,3份高耐盐种质('W005''W046'和'W004'),2份敏感种质('W015'和'W023')和7份中耐盐种质.
Identification of Salt Tolerance of 12 Watermelon Germplasm Resources
Twelve watermelon germplasm resources were used as test materials,and the method of stress treatment by 300 mmol·L-1 NaCl potted irrigation was used to study the effects of salt stress on physiological indexes of watermelon seedlings after 9 days,in order to provide reference for screening watermelon germplasm with strong salt tolerance.The results showed that,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)activities of watermelon seedlings were generally increased after salt stress,and there were differences in salt tolerance and the degree of salt damage in different materials.The salt tolerance of watermelon at the seedling stage was comprehensively evaluated by the salt damage index combined with the subordinate function method,and the 12 watermelon germplasm were classified into three categories,three highly salt-tolerant germplasm('W005''W046'and'W004'),two sensitive germplasm('W015'and'W023')and seven medium salt-tolerant germplasm.
