Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Four-degree-of-freedom Disc Brake System
In order to investigate the influence of nonlinear factors on the dynamic characteristics of disc brake systems,a four-degree-of-freedom nonlinear dynamic model was established. The Stibeck model and related parameters were adopted and the dynamic equations were solved using the Runge-Kutta method. The vibration characteristics of the disc brake under different working conditions were analyzed using bifurcation diagrams, frequency domain diagrams, phase palne diagrams, time domain diagrams, and Poincaré section diagrams. The results show that an increase in brake pressure can lead to a decrease in the vibration stability of the system;lower vehicle speeds are more likely to trigger system vibrations;and a larger brake pad support stiffness can increase the vibration characteristics of the system.
