Research on Power Consumption of Tracked Vehicle Driving System
In the context of the development of high-speed tracked vehicle mobility,in response to the current problems of low power transmission power consumption, unclear power loss mechanism, and inapplicability of existing theoretical methods in the tracked vehicle driving system, this paper conducted research on the power loss model of the high-speed tracked vehicle driving system, explored the power loss mechanism of the driving system, and revealed the influencing factors of power loss under high-speed and heavy load conditions.A multidimensional analysis and calculation model of power consumption of the driving system(speed, load, etc.)was further established, and a power consumption model experiment was conducted for verification. The results show that the estimated error is less than 10%.This study has achieved a transformation of the power consumption of tracked vehicle driving systems from empirical data estimation to analytical model calculation, further consolidating the theoretical foundation of tracked vehicle engineering and promoting the continuous development of overall tracked vehicle technology.
