轮式特种车辆传动系统可靠性台架试验加载研究

为了使轮式特种车辆传动系统台架试验更加符合车辆实际使用情况,提出了基于实车载荷数据的传动系统台架试验方法.对某型轮式特种车辆在寒冷地区、湿热地区、砂石路面、高原地区、起伏路面、铺面路 6种地区/工况的车速及轮边载荷分布特点进行了分析,得到了扭矩、车速-运行时间比例特征;基于旋转计数法,分析了某型轮式特种车辆在6 种地区/工况的损伤;进而参考实车试验转速-转矩分布,以台架试验与实车损伤等效为原则,得到了传动系统台架试验加载工况,为轮式特种车辆传动系统可靠性台架试验提供了重要支撑.
Reliability Test Loading Study of Transmission System for Wheeled Armored Vehicles in Bench Test
In order to make the transmission system of the special wheeled vehicle bench test more in line with the actual use of the vehicle,the transmission system bench test method based on real vehicle load data is proposed.The vehicle speed and wheelside load distribution characteristics of the special wheeled vehicle in six areas/conditions were analyzed,and the torque,vehicle speed-running time ratio characteristics were obtained;based on the rotational counting method,the damages of the special wheeled vehicle in six areas/conditions were analyzed;and then,with reference to the real-vehicle test rotation speed-Torque distribution,based on the principle of damage equivalence between the bench test and the real vehicle,the loading conditions of the drive train bench test are obtained,which provides an important support for the system reliability bench test.
