Injury Analysis of Q3 Dummy in Frontal 100% Overlap Rigid Barrier Impact Based on C-NCAP 2024
Through statistical analysis of the injury data of Q3 dummies in 35 C-NCAP 2024 100%frontal overlap rigid barrier crash tests,the injury conditions and causes of Q3 dummies in different vehicle models,different child restraint system installation directions and different child restraint system installation methods were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:C-NCAP 2024 version compared to C-NCAP 2021 version,the average score rate of Q3 dummy decreased by 11.5%,and the score rate of head and chest decreased significantly;The average score rate of Q3 dummy under different models is negatively correlated with the average OLC of this model.The average score rate of A and B sedans is higher,while the average score rate of medium and small SUV is lower.The average score rate of Q3 Dummies slightly higher with a backward installation than with a forward installation;The average score rate of Q3 dummies for seat belt installation was 88.5%,and the number of uses accounted for the largest proportion,the average score rate of ISOFIX installation was only 60.7%,and the average score rate of other semi-universal installation methods was 78.9%.
