A finite element model of the connecting parts of oil-gas springs was established,and the conventional working condition load boundary of the connecting pin was obtained by the dynamic performance test bench of oil and gas springs.For the fatigue life of connecting pins and ball bearings,finite element calculation analyses were carried out from the design parameters of pin diameter,material yield strength and operating parameters of maximum load,respectively.Finally,a sensitivity analysis of the three influencing factors was carried out based on the orthogonal test method.The results show that the fatigue life of connecting pin and ball bearing is positively correlated with pin diameter and material yield strength,and negatively correlated with maximum load,and the sensitivity of fatigue life to the three influencing factors is maximum load>pin diameter>material yield strength.
