Internal Regulation and Generative Approach of Marx’s Justice Theory
The relationship between Marx's political philosophy and justice is one of the hot issues discussed by academic circles at home and abroad. One view is that according to the classical interpretation of Marx's theory, justice as a category of legal rights is the appearance of the mode of production, which is dependent and derivative, and there are limits to criticize capitalism on this basis;Another view is that although Marx does not use the discourse of capitalist injustice,Marx's discussion of social justice is an indisputable fact. Therefore, they analyzed Marx's idea of justice as distributive justice, and tried to answer Marx's understanding of justice in the field of distribution. This article tries to prove that the rejection of Marx's justice thought based on the critical position of legal rights and the analysis of Marx's justice as the distribution of justice are one-sided and narrow. Marx adheres to a practical theory of justice that transcends the criticism of legal power and the criticism of distributive justice, which can provide us with the possibility to move towards Marx's theory of justice.
