Perfect Path for Judicial Justice under Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era——Based on Marxist View of Fairness and Justice
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has been making steady progress in the construction of democracy and law rule,and constantly making scientific planning and rational distribution. Judicial justice is the top priority in the construction of socialist democracy and rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The realization of judicial justice needs scientific theory as support. Marxist concept of fairness and justice is the product of Marx and Engels' long-term theoretical research and historical practice. It fully absorbs and reasonably draws on all the excellent achievements of human civilization in exploring fairness and justice,and critically inherits and innovates on this basis,and finally forms a relatively complete theory of social fairness and justice. The value orientation contained in the Marxist concept of fairness and justice fits perfectly with the·154·essential characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and can provide a more scientific and realistic path for the realization of judicial justice under socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
