Action Logic,Realistic Dilemma and Path Choice of Overage Migrant Workers Embedded in Rural Revitalization
Under the"push and pull"effect of urban and rural areas,the trend of overage migrant workers returning home is becoming more and more significant. Their entrepreneurial behavior,cultural needs,social participation and other activities after returning home have many similarities with the goal of rural revitalization,bringing new opportunities for rural revitalization. Based on the field investigation in D village of L County in the north of Anhui Province,the overage migrant workers who have returned to their hometowns have the action logic in five aspects. However,returning overage migrant workers are faced with the realistic dilemma in the embedded rural revitalization,which need to be alleviated by improving the level of rural pension security,improving the degree of rural life facilitation,increasing emotional support,and improving the pertinence of employment and entrepreneurship policies.
