二元数字能力对在位企业转型绩效的影响——基于多重中介模型分析与必要条件检验

数字化转型已成为新时期我国传统在位企业实现跨越式发展的必然选择.数字化转型活动如何提高企业转型绩效始终是学界与业界关注的重点.本研究基于组织双元理论与公司创业理论,遵循"能力—行为—绩效"研究范式,剖析数字运营能力与数字动态能力相协同的二元数字能力对在位企业转型绩效的作用机制,构建公司数字创业对二元数字能力与转型绩效影响的多重中介效应模型,并采用多元回归和必要性方法进行检验.研究发现,二元数字能力有助于提升企业转型绩效,数字创新、数字战略更新在二元数字能力与企业转型绩效之间发挥中介作用,而数字新事业开发在二元数字能力与企业转型绩效间的中介作用不显著.本研究拓展了在数字经济背景下企业能力与公司创业的理论边界,识别并验证企业转型绩效提升的关键影响因素与战略实施路径,为我国传统在位企业破解转型效果难题提供管理性建议.
Influence of Ambidextrous Digital Capability on Corporate Transformation Performance——Based on Analysis of Multiple Mediation Model and Necessity Tests
Based on the ambidextrous theory of organization and the entrepreneurial theory,the incumbent enterprises should cultivate ambidextrousl digital capabilities,and follow the research paradigm of "capability-behavior-performance" to construct a company's digital entrepreneurship on dual digital capabilities. Models of multiple mediation effects on the relationship with transition performance was constructed and tested by using multiple regression and necessity methods. The results showed that binary ambidextrousl digital capabilities can help to improve the performance of enterprise transformation and act as a necessary condition;Ambidextrousl digital capabilities have a positive impact on corporate digital entrepreneurship and act as a necessary condition. There is a partial mediating effect between performance,while the mediating effect of digital new venture between ambidextrousl digital capabilities and transformation performance is not significant. The conclusions of this research enrich the theory of enterprise capabilities and company entrepreneurship,identify and verify the key influencing factors and strategic implementation paths for improving the performance of enterprise transformation,and provide relevant management suggestions to solve the problem of transformation effect in China.
