A New Review of Boundary of Power and Responsibility of Home-school Cooperation——From the Perspective of Game Theory
School and family are the two important positions to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people among young people. Good home-school cooperation is related to the construction of high-quality development system of basic education. Based on the perspective of game theory,this paper systematically analyzes and discusses the characteristics of home-school cooperation and conflict from the aspects of educational value,educational content and responsibilities,educational methods,communication methods and subject interests,so as to clarify the internal relationship between cooperative game conflict and home-school cooperation. Then,with the aim of win-win cooperation between family and school,it follows the game rules,establishes the expression mechanism,distribution mechanism and incentive mechanism among interest subjects,and optimizes the model of family and school cooperation in education.
