Issues and Solutions in Developing Language and Writing Skills of Normal Students in Regional Universities
The growth of normal education in regional universities has been relatively stagnant due to a lack of alignment between talent training concepts and the need of the talent market. The language training for normal college students often lacks a focus on professional language skills and practical knowledge for skill development. In response to these challenges,we advocate for a new training direction focusing on concept renewal, innovative thinking and model development. To meet the demands for educational talents,we must adopt new strategies, methods, content, and interdisciplinary approaches to create a new model for language and literacy skills training that integrates different fields and promotes industry-education collaborations, emphasizing the professional skills of normal students.
