Quality Analysis and Improvement Strategies of Master's Degree Thesis in Education——Based on Results of Thesis Evaluation in University B
This study adopts the case study method and empirical analysis method,and takes the data of 462 master's degree theses in education evaluation of University B from 2021 to 2023 as the research objects. After analyzing and summarizing the evaluation results,it is found that the low quality of student source,short duration of the study,weak guidance ability of supervisors and lack of practical ability are important factors restricting the quality of master's degree thesis in education. Corresponding strategies for improvement and refinement should be proposed to improve the quality of the master's degree thesis in education,and then promote the quality of talent cultivation.
