High-quality,Multi-disciplined Financial Talent Training from Perspective of Industry-education Integration
In the new era,the financial industry urgently needs a cohort of financial professionals with solid theoretical foundations and outstanding practical capabilities.However,there are some shortcomings in training finance master students in local universities,including inadequate cooperation mechanisms,shortages of industry-based teachers,traditional teaching content,and incomplete evalua-tions.These problems affect the quality of training in financial master students and constrain the depth of industry-education integration.This paper proposes the following recommendations:establishing practice bases for industry-education integration;Improving the dual-mentor collaborative teaching system;Integrating industry frontier dynamics into teaching content;Strengthening case-based and practical teaching components;Developing a comprehensive teaching evaluation system.This research aims to promote further deepening of industry-education integration through these measures,enhance the quality of financial master education,and produce more application-oriented finance professionals.
