Evolutionary Process and Enlightenment of Primary School Chinese Reading Knowledge over the Past Century
An overview of the development history of primary school Chinese reading education since the 1920s reveals that the evolution of primary school Chinese reading knowledge over the past century can be roughly divided into three stages:the embryonic stage(1920s—1940s),the reinforcement stage(1950s—1990s),and the reconstruction stage(late 20th century to present).Based on the examination and analysis of the characteristics,gains and losses of primary school Chinese reading knowledge presented in three main development stages,this study attempts to construct a primary school Chinese reading knowledge system that meets the needs of the times and students from the three dimensions of reading subject,reading object,and reading itself.Additionally,it explores ways to further improve the relevant knowledge system through integration,reconstruction and refinement.
