摘要
研究生"导学思政"是落实研究生思想政治教育的重要途径,是完善高素质人才培养体系的内在需求.当前,"导学思政"在实践中存在部分研究生导师缺乏全面育人意识和能力、研究生参与导学思政积极性有待提高、导学思政缺乏协同式体系建设等问题.高校应当在充分把握研究生"导学思政"内涵意蕴和现实问题的基础上,将其置于"三全育人"的指导下,从导师、学生、人才培养机制三个层面来探讨和推进建构"大思政"格局,推动落实价值塑造、能力培养和知识传授"三位一体"的教育模式.
Abstract
The guidance of ideological and political education for graduate students is an important way to implement ideological and political education for graduate students,and is an inherent requirement for improving the system of cultivating high-quality talents.At present,there are problems in the practice of"guided ideological and political education",such as the lack of comprehensive education awareness and ability among some mentors,the lack of active growth ability among young students,and the lack of collaborative system construction in guided ideological and political education.Based on fully grasping the connotation and practical problems of graduate students'"guided ideological and political education",it is necessary to combine it with the guidance of"three comprehensive education",explore and promote the construction of"great ideological and political"pattern from the perspectives of mentors,students,and talent training mechanisms,and promote the implementation of the"three in one"education model of value shaping,ability cultivation,and knowledge transmission.
