摘要
文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法、数据统计法,对菏泽市部分商业健身俱乐部的消费者的性别、年龄、文化背景、健身目的以及消费者的消费季节特征、时间特征等情况进行分析,旨在为该地区健身俱乐部经营者提供数据支持,并深入市场进行分析,根据消费者的特征从而合理定位市场、完善经营制度,提高经营服务,促进当地健身俱乐部的良好发展。
Abstract
The paper analyzes the commercial fitness club consumer's gender, age, cultural background, the purpose of fitness and consumer spending season characteristics, time characteristics, and so on in Heze city,through the methods of literature,questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation, interviewing, mathematical statistics,in order to provide data support for fitness club managers to do market analyzing deeply,according to the characteristics of the consumer and reasonable positioning market, perfecting the management system, improving the management service, promoting the sound development of the local fitness clubs.
