摘要
少数民族大学生是高校大学生中的特殊群体,民族问题的研究也一直是学术领域研究的焦点;文章以此为背景,运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法针对楚雄师范学院少数民族大学生对体育活动的现状、影响因素、不同民族大学生体育活动认知度与参与体育活动时间、频率相关性分析等五方面进行调查分析,得出:少数民族大学生每周参加体育活动的次数和每天参加体育活动的频率基本达到教育部的规定;但从学生对参加体育活动的认知情况和影响自己参与体育锻炼的影响因素来看,其对参与体育活动的认识不够全面,不能很好地处理学习与体育锻炼之间的关系,导致对体育活动的参与度不高等结论,旨在为促进楚雄师范学院学校体育的整体发展建言献策。
Abstract
Minority students are a special group of college students, to study the national question has been the focus of academic research in the field; under this background, with the use of questionnaires, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the paper does the survey and analysis of Chuxiong Normal University from five aspects of Ethnic Minority College Students in Sports: sport situations, influencing factors, physical activity awareness of different nationalities undergraduates and sport time, sport frequency. The conclusions include: frequency per week and the times every day of minority college students to participate in physical activity basically reach the standards issued by the Ministry of Education; but from the view of the students cognition and their impact factors for participating in sports activities, their understanding on participating in physical activities is not comprehensive enough, not well handle the relationship between learning and physical exercise, leading to lower participation rate in physical activities. The study aims to promote the overall development of Chuxiong Normal School Physical Education.
