高校体操教学中渗透审美教育的思考

体操作为难美类项目,它不仅从动作技术上展现人的美,而且从根本上塑造人的审美倾向以及体育价值。然而,在体操教学过程中仅仅将注意力放在动作与技术的提升上,而对学生实施审美教育这一环节却被大多数教师忽略,这在一定程度上削减了学生对体操学习的积极性,降低了学生对美的追求,从而影响了体操在高校中的发展。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对审美教育在体操教学中的作用和缺失的成因进行分析,并提出高校体操教学中渗透审美教育的对策,为审美教育在体操教学中的运用提供一定的理论依据。
On the Aesthetic Education in College Gymnastics Teaching
Gymnastics as a difficult aesthetic project, not only shows the beauty of human body from the action technique, but also fundamentally shapes people's aesthetic tendency and the value of sports. Most teachers only focus on action and technology promotion in the process of gymnastics teaching and neglect the aesthetic education to students, which to certain extent, reduced the enthusiasm of students in gymnastics, their pursuit of beauty and affected the development of gymnastics in colleges. This paper adopts document literature and logic analysis to analyze the role of aesthetic education in gymnastics teaching and the causes of its deletion. This paper also proposes countermeasures for the infiltration of aesthetic education in college gymnastic teaching, providing certain theoretical basis for the application of aesthetic education in gymnastic teaching.
