摘要
新疆普通高校足球队发展由于受训练时间、教练员水平、学校领导的重视程度等因素的制约，还处于探索阶段，整体水平比较低，与培养高水平、高素质足球运动员的目标还有较大的差距。文章以新疆普通高校足球队的教练员、运动员为主要调查对象，采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法，对新疆普通高校足球队的运动员现状、教练员现状、竞赛现状进行研究。
Abstract
Due to the lack of some important factors, including the time that football players spend for training, the quality of coaches and less attention from administrations in the Universities, college football development in Xinjiang are still at an exploratory stage. The overall level is still relatively low, and there are large gaps to the object of training outstanding high-qualified, high-leveled football players. This paper is based on the materials collected by the investigation of general Xinjiang college football coaches and football athletes. Through various methodologies such as literature, interview, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics, this paper studies on the current situation of general football athletes and coaches of Xinjiang college football teams as well as the status quo of competitions.
