在体育比赛中,由于比赛场地、现场环境和运动员自身紧张等原因,对运动员运动成绩的取得都有一定的影响,因此,要通过制定出比赛期的训练计划,对量和强度进行合理安排,每天生活要规律,要从保证充足的睡眠、合理安排饮食、准备活动要充分,要有充分的赛前心理准备这五大方面做出合理的安排,将这种影响比赛的消极因素转化为促进比赛的积极因素,从而使运动员取得优异的成绩。
Athletes' Matters Needing Attentionbefore Competitions
In sport competitions, the performance of athletes is often affected by the venue, the scene environment and athletes' tension. Due to this, to work out a training plan for competitions as well as the amount and intensity of reasonable arrangement is necessary. In addition, it is also supposed to ensure enough sleep and reasonable arrangement of diet to lead a regular life. What's more, full preparation should be made and players should have full pre-match psychological preparation. If we attach great importance to these five aspects, the negative factors will be changed into the positive factors which will help athletes get good grades.
