空中瑜伽的人体健身作用研究

摘要
空中瑜伽(Aerial Yoga)是又叫反重力瑜伽是一种新型的运动方式,以传统的哈他瑜伽——姿势、呼吸、冥想、收束法体系为基础,使练习者的心灵得到清净,身体得到锻炼,并且应用了空中悬吊技术和重力原理,一方面突显了空中瑜伽的视觉效果,另一方面丰富了空中瑜伽的科学健身价值,正逐渐受到国内外健身界的关注。文章主要介绍空中瑜伽的发展概况、构成特色及空中瑜伽对人体的健身作用,以期为广大健身爱好者提供一种更加时尚、有效的健身方法,同时也为空中瑜伽今后的开展提供理论支持。
Abstract
Aerial Yoga is a new sport, based on traditional Hatha Yoga -postures, breathing, meditation and bandha system- to make practitioners relax in heart and exercise the body. Application of Sling technology and gravity principle highlights the visual effects and the scientific value of the Aerial yoga, which draws attention from China and abroad. This paper describes the development situation, the characteristics of Aerial yoga and effect of Aerial yoga on the human body, offering a more fashionable and effective choice for the practitioners and providing the reference for the development of Aerial yoga.
